I would like to share my experiences with using File 13. I am in the financial services business and tend to generate many confidential documents that need to be disposed of properly. I have been using File 13 longer than I can remember and I have never had a problem with their staff, their service, nor their billing. They do a remarkable job for a VERY GOOD price! Usually we have just one bag to pick up and when we’ve needed a multiple bag pickup, they didn’t even charge me extra (of course, that was a very infrequent request on our part so I’m not even sure what their policy is).
